Welcome

Could you imagine coming home to this everyday?

The stuff dreams are made of...

If you have flipped through the pages of Vanity Fair or Vogue recently you have probably already gasped in amazement at the photography of Tim Walker. The London based artist has a knack for creating elaborate scenes that feel oddly familiar, almost as if they came out of your best dreams or remembrances of old fairy tales. His work is detailed in a away that captures elegance and absurdity in the most delightful manner. If you have the time stop by his site to see more.

Lovely Lettering

Beautiful old lettering on sheet music... swoon.

Say it with sugar...

There may not be a sweeter way to send a message than this. These charming cookie cutters are available exclusively at Williams-Sonoma. The set comes with three shapes, three full alphabets, including extra vowels. They are even nicely priced... especially when compared to some of the expensive European versions I've seen.

In Plain Sight

More than stackable, these totem pole inspired cups would bring function and whimsy to any morning routine!

Hints of Plum

Purples and plums are not normally colors that I have much interest in but, something about these images just caught my attention.

The latest styles and fashions for women of discriminating taste.
From Victorian accessories to a Jell-o loving octopus, you can take a better look at all the kitsch here.

Dogville

For your entertainment may we present to you, Queenie in Trouble. Created by MGM during the 1930's, this comedy short is from the Dogville series. If you find these well trained pups amusing we suggest watching The Big Dog House.

Food Water Shelter

From time to time, it seems easy for me to forget that there are very few things I actually need in life- food, water, shelter. Compared to the many things I may think I need. These items feel necessary but, are little more than things I want- like MacAlister boots.

I am rather lucky to have everything I actually need- food, water, shelter and a healthy dose of love from friends and family. That being said, I wouldn't mind living it with such great style as these folks do.
