It seems all of the unseasonable warm weather we have been getting here in Northern California has pushed the flowers to start opening way ahead of schedule. I always enjoy making seasonal arrangements. This year I am delighted to get to use so many wonderful flowers this early in the year. Above are two bouquets with very different shapes created using the same flora. The second from the top bouquet was an asymmetrical design. It was beautiful in person but, my lack of photography skills really did not do it justice. The other was a more traditional form. I think there is somewhere around a dozen different types of plants used in these bouquets. See if you can figure out what some of the unusual ones are.
