Cefalù, Sicily, is an ancient city on the Tyrrhenian Sea with a long history under the various Mediterranean powers. It has a famous Norman church and amazing coastal views and access. I came to this place one year ago with my family and spent the day rambling thru the old town. Somewhere along the shoreline buildings in the left hand side of this photograph is where we dined on a luscious meal of fresh, local seafood and wines. Just before I snapped this picture of the bay and the stormy sky. It's one of my favorite images and reminds me of the beautiful waters and rustic views I experienced throughout Sicily.

I have such a soft spot for fishing villages, my grandfather was a fisherman in Maine. Love the picture!
